Simon, Simon and John completed new title music and incidental music tracks for a new series of Castaway screened on BBC1 and BBC3 from March till the end of May this year.
The New Castaways were filmed on an island off Auckland in New Zealand.

Joff Wilson the new series producer came out to the Guildford Studio in the first week of June to brief and work alongside the team.

In October Simon May featured in Virgin Radio's Breakfast Show. 91 celebrities phoned in to Christian O'Connell's 'Who's Calling Christian?' competition for charity.
On air Christian invited Simon to write a theme for his show. Simon, Simon and John composed and produced Christian's Breakfast theme which was then heavily played during the competition.
Simon surprisingly made it to the last five competing against Barry Gibb, Josh Lewsey, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Dustin Hoffman and picked up bronze. 'Tragedy' that Barry came first, but you can't accuse Simon of not 'staying alive' !
